Kelly Conforti Rupp, owner of Together Coaching

I founded Together Coaching to create a place for meaningful conversations and human connection.

I have found no other space, besides the coaching conversation, where it is perfectly normal to ask a stranger about their hopes, dreams, and deepest longings. Now that’s my kind of conversation!

Across my 20-year professional career, I have designed and implemented strategic plans, project plans, marketing plans, event plans, and more. My gift is to see order and opportunities where others see chaos. I use this experience and talent—and my coaching education and commitment to coaching ethics—to help you find clarity, develop a plan, and stay accountable to achieving your goals.

Professional Background

I have worked at UW–Madison since 2012. I managed special projects for a dean for nine years, and have served as the Assistant Vice Provost for Faculty and Staff Affairs since 2021.
Before that, I worked in magazine publishing and corporate communications for seven years.
My Master’s Degree is in Journalism and Mass Communication from UW–Madison.
